I don’t have a website. Do I need Rebuild?
Often, a lean one-to-three-page site is enough to get started. That fits Refresh. Rebuild is for a broader agreed page plan; the checkup and owner conversation help establish the smallest sensible scope.
Do you guarantee rankings or enquiries?
No. The work improves the clarity, consistency and usability of your online presence. Search rankings, enquiries and platform decisions depend on factors beyond the project.
What will I need to provide?
Accurate contact details, hours, service area and service information; any existing brand assets; approved photos and permission to use them; and delegated access to the accounts included in your scope. Claims about qualifications or experience need supporting information.
Is ongoing social management included?
No recurring service is included. Refresh includes one capped six-post Facebook launch batch prepared from your supplied photos, with one revision round and scheduling where access allows. Additional care or content is quoted separately.
How long does Refresh take?
The target is 15 business days after payment, complete information and required access. Client review delays and platform verification can extend the schedule. Your written quote confirms the project timing.
